Who is responsible

Stelios Strongylis, independent consultant, Athens, Greece, is the data controller for this website, strongyl.is. Contact: stelios@strongyl.is.

Contact form

When you send a message I receive your name, email address, the areas you selected and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to discuss possible work together. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a possible contract and my legitimate interest in answering inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

I keep messages for 12 months from our last exchange, then delete them, unless we start working together.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode to count visits and contact-form submissions.

Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off, and the data is not used for advertising. Google keeps analytics data for 14 months. You can change your choice any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Who processes your data

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. I do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Email me at the address above and I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
